Over the last 40 years, Pierson Industries has developed into a major supplier of High-Quality injection molded parts with the ability to design and build our own molds using State-of-the-Art CNC equipment with CAD/CAM technology. Pierson's mission is to be the best at what we do, offering on time deliveries, personalized customer service and superb quality at very competitive prices. Our technologically experienced engineering staff has built a reputation from our ability to develop your concepts into workable projects, in relatively short lead times. Upon your approval models are built, product drawing developed, molds designed, and built, and finally, molded parts are decorated, assembled, and packaged. Lead times on molds range (4) to (10) weeks depending upon the complexity of the parts.
Our 75,000 sq. ft. facility with (22) injection molding machines ranging from 80 Ton to 725 tons operate (24) hours per day (6) days a week. Our molding machines are equipped with fully automated robotics which provide the maximum in production, quality handling of parts, and cost efficiency. Our 5,000 sq. ft. tool shop utilizes State-of-the-Art CNC equipment with CAD/CAM technology. We take great pride in our company and we will strive to meet or exceed your individual needs.
